Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the "Shhh" Slack integration, you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement is between your organization and Pirca Labs S.A.S., an Argentine corporation located at Segura Eliseo V 230, Villa Dolores, Cordoba, Argentina.

2. Merchant of Record (Reseller Clause)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding your order/payment. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you are bound by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.

3. Pricing and Refund Policy

  • Flat Fee: The "Shhh Pro" plan is billed as a flat monthly fee of $9.99 USD per Slack Workspace, granting unlimited users and secrets.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: To minimize operational overhead and maintain our low pricing, all sales are final. We do not offer automated pro-rata refunds for partial months of service. Manual refunds for exceptional circumstances (e.g., catastrophic service failures) are granted solely at the discretion of Pirca Labs S.A.S.

4. Service Level Objectives (SLO) and Availability

We strive for a 99.9% uptime objective and sub-3-second latency, backed by the resilience of AWS serverless architecture. However, we do not offer a financially backed Service Level Agreement (SLA). No automated service credits will be issued for downtime.

5. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Provision

  • Zero-Knowledge Liability: Because our service utilizes end-to-end envelope encryption, we cannot recover lost secrets, messages, or keys. Pirca Labs S.A.S. is not liable for any lost, unread, or irretrievable data sent using our application.
  • "As-Is": The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Liability Cap: In no event shall Pirca Labs S.A.S., its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us (via our Merchant of Record) during the one (1) month prior to the event giving rise to the claim (i.e., $9.99 USD).

6. Support

Pro plan users are entitled to priority InfoSec support. Support requests are handled strictly for operational and billing inquiries, as we have zero access to the encrypted content of your communications.
